Personal Consumption Expenditures [PCE] is an ELEVATED mortgage rate mover.  Core PCE does not include food and energy due to volatility.  Personal consumption and Core PCE is the Federal Reserves number one inflation indicator.  Simply put, it measure goods and services consumed by people at the individual’s level.  It is release at 8:30 [eastern] at the end of each month.
