Personal Spending

The Personal Spending Report shows how much individuals are spending.  Personal Spending is a part of the Personal Consumption Expenditures Report and gives a good view of the health of the US Economy.  The report is issued near the end of the month at 8:30 [eastern].  Personal Spending has a MODEST impact on mortgage rates.
