Cornerstone Mortgage has 4 locations in the St. Louis area. We have the ability to meet our clients in person at their homes if necessary. We actually prefer to meet them at your real estate office. Our secure online applications are uploading directly into our loan officers software providing seamless secure information sharing.
Control
We are bankers, not brokers. Using our own funds and putting our name on our closing documents means we are the ones in control the process. There are no middle men to add stipulations to our approves or decide our clients fate seconds before closings. Our in house underwriters only approve our loans, we don’t wait in line for our approvals. We also have a lot more at stake than some fly by night mortgage broker.

Most buyers do not understand the tax implications of large down payments, or the importance of layering risk to ensure the best rates and terms. Caring about how the transaction can help or hurt our clients established trust and credibility. Building trust reflects well on our referral sources. Loan Analysis
Cornerstone Mortgage uses software that can simply compare loan programs side by side in a professional manner. Our clients not only are able to compare mortgage payments, but the long term effects of the specific loan option they choose to aid in their decision.
3 Day Figure Guarantee
We get our figures to the title company at least 3 days before closing for the vast majority of our purchases. This ensures that there are no surprises to your clients are the closing table.
Check in Hand Policy
Since we us our own funds to close our loans we arrive at every closing with a cashiers check. You don’t have to “wait for the wire” when you work with Cornerstone Mortgage.
Post Closing Mortgage Management
We follow up every closing with a survey to evaluate how we did. Cornerstone has drip campaigns to keep in touch far into the future with every client. We always keep the lines of communication open for our clients long after we have fulfilled their initial needs. Mortgage Management Alerts us immediately when market conditions are ripe for bettering the rate or term of any mortgage we have put in place.
